Great fan, but needs install information on how to wire the small yellow wire, and tips on how to fit existing 8" tube flashing. Yellow wire acts like a ground wire (literally causes small but shocking flash fire if you attach it to either 110v wire). 8" circular flashing: won't fit down over the 8" fan exhaust, and won't work if you try to put the existing flashing inside the 8" exhaust, because it stops the exhaust flappers from opening up or closing.

Simple to install. Brown wire hot blue wire common yellow wire chassis ground. Works as described. It isnt the quietest fan around but the air flow more than makes up for that.
